This Merc will soon be one sweet ride. We were contracted to build the front and rear suspension as well as the front frame section to accommodate the update but keep all original bumper, core supports, fender mounts in tack.

Here was our starting point.

We removed the old cross member and installed new inner rails, then designed and proceeded to fab our new pieces.

After the original frame horns were fixtured, we added our outer frame sections.

Checking geometry with the Chevy truck drop spindles.

Here we boxed all the sections in place as well as lower and upper control arm mounts, Trailing links, Coil over shock mounts, Engine and steering rack mounts.

After the clean up and paint.

The rear end got about the same attention, We installed a four link fully adjustable design with panhard bar,  A Mosier 9" rearend. Eibach springs and Carrera shocks were used on all fours
